Everyone loves the pink grapefruit & blood orange sorbetto.  And it is very easy to use and make.

The fruit pastes I use are strawberry, raspberry, & watermelon.  The color & flavors adds to my sorbettos.

Malek is always very helpful & returns my emails promptly.  And it is very helpful that you can break the case.  Whether it is syrups or gelato products.
